EVERY SEED, A NEW ADVENTURE
Minecraft Seed Map
Explore biomes and structure predictions from your seed. Choose your edition and a supported version to get started.
Biome height
Y 64Biome slice: does not show blocks or caves. Structures are shown at all heights.
The background is decorative. Your seed generates only the map.

How to use the seed map
- Enter your world’s numeric seed, including its minus sign if present.
- Select the edition and version that generated the terrain you want to explore.
- Choose a dimension, enable the layers you need and copy coordinates to check in-game.
The map calculates biomes and structure predictions. It does not load your save or detect player builds, modifications or each region’s generation history.
Java and Bedrock compatibility
| Edition | Versions | Dimensions | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Java | 1.18.2, 1.21.3, 26.3, 1.19.4, 1.20.6, 1.21.1, 1.21.4, 1.21.5, 26.2 | Overworld, Nether, End | Experimental predictions; coverage varies by version and layer. |
| Bedrock | 26.50 | Overworld, Nether, End | Experimental predictions; coverage varies by version and layer. |
Select each edition separately. The same seed does not guarantee identical structures. Bedrock 26.52 is not supported yet; do not substitute 26.50 to obtain an apparently compatible prediction. Read about map validation and its limitations.

If the map does not match your world
Check the seed, edition, version and X/Z coordinates. Updated worlds keep terrain from older versions. Markers indicate predicted generation positions, not exact /locate coordinates.
Why can’t I find a biome?
The map queries biomes at the selected Y level. Nearby search samples locations and can miss small areas. Try another origin, a larger radius or an appropriate height; an empty search does not describe the entire world.
Is the background landscape generated from my seed?
No. The background is decorative. Only the central map represents calculations for your seed; its colors show biomes, not terrain height.
